- Minimum rental period of one month.
- After the minimum period we require 14 days written notice of termination.
- Accounts are to be paid monthly in advance.
- Accounts must be paid by debit, credit card or standing order. We can not accept cash or cheques.
- You must not store food, perishables, animals’ birds or fish, combustible or flammable materials or liquids including gas, petrol, oils, and solvents or paints chemicals waste or any illegal items or goods. (A full list is contained in the terms and conditions)
- Closed On Sundays & Bank Holidays.
- Emergency entry can be arranged subject to a £25 call out charge subject to staff availability. ID will be required.

| Please Note |
| We do not insure the goods whilst they are on site. You must take out adequate insurance in respect of the goods under a policy which covers at least normal perils. Your existing household insurance might cover your goods whilst in storage but you must check with your own provider if this is covered on your policy. |
| Failure to pay the monthly charges will result in customers being denied access to their unit and may result in the goods being sold at public auction to recover any outstanding fees or losses. |
